Assignment 2
This is a proficiency test. This assignment will increase
your knowledge of the tools as you learn a few new tools. This assignment
requires you to do the following.

Create one cartoon character completely in
illustrator. This includes
o Outlines,
Coloring, Shading

You should also show a use of layers.

This is a performance based test.

Cartoon was crudely drown and not colored in and showed absolutely no
proficiency in the tools.
